Day of your Appointment

Please arrive with clean(ish) dry hair with not too much product, workout hair or just generally not in a state that I can’t see whats going on naturally with your hair, growth patterns, waves, bangs etc.

Cancelations

Please note that a 100% charge will apply for no-shows or late cancellations. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for haircut appointments and 48 hours’ notice for color services, as these appointments reserve larger time blocks that are often difficult to refill on short notice.
